I love my Binky!

So lately we have had a problem with Gavin sleeping the whole night in his crib. He was doing great, but then his pacifier started falling out of his mouth and he would start to cry. I found myself getting up 4 or 5 times a night just to pop it back in. I was so delirious that I found it easier to just put him in bed with us so when it popped out I could just reach over. I know this is a very bad habit so over the last few weeks Gabriel and I have been working diligently on getting him back in his crib. It has been a rough few weeks. I can't stand to hear him cry so the whole "cry it out" thing was torture. A friend recommended that I scatter 6 or 7 pacifiers in the crib so that when he wakes up at night he can find one on his own and pop it in his mouth. I tried this out and viola! my son now wakes up, finds the closest paci and goes back to sleep. I do hear him rustle around and whine a bit, but it only lasts a few minutes. This works awesome at nap time as well. I went in a bit ago to check on him and this is what I found. Guess he is holding on to one in case the one in his mouth falls out.
